Tomasz Sylwester Kopoczyński
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Tomasz Kopoczyński has been running a private law office since 1987. He has wide experience as an attorney and counsel in criminal and commercial cases. A renowned expert on press and copyright law. Member of the Pomeranian Bar Chamber in Gdansk, in 2005-2010 held the function of the President of the Commission of Chief Council of Barristers for Public Activity of the Bar. In the first quarter of 2006 was assigned to perform the duties of the chairman of the Board of LOT Polish Airlines SA.
Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee since 2008. In 2014 he became the Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Sopot with its registered seat in Gdynia. For the past few years has been organizing regular meetings with outstanding experts in history, philosophy, art and literatures under the slogan TeKa refleksji (Portfolio of Reflections).

Michael Theilmeier
Member of the Supervisory Board

Since 2001 he has been the Senior Vice President of Gen Re, one of the largest global reinsurance companies, with 50 offices in 25 countries and over 2,000 employees. Gen Re has received a AAA long-term credit rating from Standard & Poor's. In the late 90's Michael Theilmeier sat on the Board of Alte Leipziger Europa Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG, and before that he had spent over 10 years at Gerling Group, where he was responsible for new market development and international marketing.

Krzysztof Sacha

Full professor at the Warsaw University of Technology, manager of the software engineering team at the Institute of Control Engineering and Applied Information Technology. Since the beginning of his professional career combines research studies with economic practice. In 1987-1990 a software engineering consultant at Mera-Pnefal, in 1999-2002 intelligent buildings software designer at Allerton Polska, and in 2005-2009 information technology advisor to the chairman of the Social Insurance Institution. Member of the National Centre for Research and Development Council in the 2010-2014 term of office, since 2012 chairman of the Strategic Scientific Research and Development Works Scheme Board. Lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology and Vistula University. Author of 21 books and monographs, 115 scientific articles and numerous expert evaluations of IT projects run for national institutions and economic organizations. Member of the IEEE Computer Society and of programme committees of numerous international and national scientific conferences.
